Our Shipping Policy

Here at Odd Sodds, we ship both domestically and internationally. In the following document you will find all details regarding both ways of shipping, shipping cost, shipping speeds and processing times.

Domestic Shipping

At Odd Sodds, we use royal mail as our domestic shipping provider. We have found them to be the most reliable and delicate with our products. After sending practice packages, we have found Royal mail handles our bubble mailers with the utmost care.  The following table outlines the domestic shipping costs of out different sized packages:

International Shipping

With the trust of our domestic shipping providers, we currently use Royal Mail for international shipping. We believe our packages deserve to be treated with the highest and safest care while in transit to our customers from outside the UK. Our international shipping times may vary but below is our expected shipping times for outside the UK:

Processing time

Our current order processing time is 1 – 5 working days (our working days are outlined further down within this document). Although we aim to process orders as soon as possible we allow time for any issues. If an order arrives after 9pm, your order will be processed the following day. Our processing times allow five days due to Odd Sodds being run alongside full time jobs.

 

Extra Information Regarding Shipping Or Processing

Due to Odd Sodds being run by a couple who both work full time jobs, personal commitments and fitness orientated lifestyles, the processing time can vary. Although we pride Royal Mail as our delivery providers, they may also have complications or issues beyond our control. Follow any issues that may occur e.g. strikes we will attempt to inform our customers upon our website immediately. We pride our Odd Sodds team in giving the highest care on all our packages and attempt to keep our customers informed upon any changes to our processing or shipping times. If our customers have any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to email us (oddsoddssmallbusiness@gmail.com) or use the contact us feature on our website

Business Working Day

Odd Sodds business working day are 7 days a week. We work through bank holidays (shipping times along bank holidays may vary due to our delivery provider) We will inform our customers well in advance about holiday where we will not be working. This will mean processing time will be above the 5 days depending on the length of our holidays.

Our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Odd Sodds, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. We do also understand that not everything goes to plan all the time. If you wish to return an item(s) either from the UK or outside the UK, please contact us by email (oddsoddssmallbusinesss@gmail.com) By contacting us we can discuss the best and appropriate way to resolve your issue. All returns must be sent in the original packaging if possible. 

 

Changed your mind but already ordered?

 

    As a customer of Odd Sodds, you have the legal right to cancel an order from the date of ordering up until 14 calendar days afterwards. If products have been dispatched or delivered, you have 14 days from the dispatch date to cancel and return all products. Any mention of “days” throughout this document refers to calendar days, this includes weekends and public holidays.

 

If you are cancelling once the product(s) have been dispatched, and therefore on-route to being delivered, the products must be returned as soon as possible within the original unopened packaging. You have 14 days after cancelling to return products, with the exception of product(s) which haven’t arrived yet.  In this case you must email/ contact us to allow proper time for the return. Any refund from changing your mind will only be given once the product has returned to Odd Sodds.

 

If you decide to cancel once you have received the product, you must return all product(s) as soon as possible in the unopened, original packaging. The product(s) must be returned to Odd Sodds within 14 calendar days after contacting us about the return. The refund will only be given once we receive your returned product(s).

 

If the cancellation is due to a change of mind, you will be required to pay the cost for returning all product(s) yourself, if they have been dispatched by the time you change your mind.


 

Damaged product(s)?

 

If the product(s) you received are damaged upon arrival or do not match the description given at the time of sale, please contact and return them to Odd Sodds within 20 days of receiving them. In the event of returning a damaged product(s), you will be offered an exchanged, partially refunded or fully refunded depending on the situation after we have received the returned product(s). All exchanges or refunds will be discussed with the customer. In this case the return will be paid for by Odd Sodds.
