How does the digital loyalty system work?
With every one product you buy, you get one stamp. So if you placed an order containing four products, you would get four stamps. If you get ten stamps, you get 20% off your next order storewide.
What if I buy a product and don't like the smell?
We completely understand this issue. Of course you would like to smell before buying to see if it's right for you. Unfortunately, this is not possible, so if you are not satisfied with the smell of your product please let us know why, and we can discuss with you the options or exchange or replacement with you.
Do you take orders for events and occasions?
We do! If you do have a large order we just ask that you get in touch with us first so that we can start planning for producing it and communicate any relevant estimates with you. This is just because we both work around our full-time jobs when it comes to Odd Sodds.
